About the Trust

The Olokoro Community Endowment Fund was instituted by Engr. Oyibo Thompson, an illustrious son of Olokoro, and formally proclaimed on 9 May 2025 as part of his 80th birthday celebration. The Fund represents a lasting commitment to the sustainable development and prosperity of Olokoro Clan.

Our vision is to establish an enduring structure that promotes sustainable community development through enterprise development, infrastructure, capacity building, and human capital development. We believe that a thriving community is built when its people are empowered, its infrastructure is strengthened, and opportunities are created for individuals and enterprises to grow.

The Endowment Fund serves as a strategic platform for mobilising and deploying resources towards community-based initiatives that address the unique needs and aspirations of Olokoro. Our focus includes economic empowerment, education and capacity building, infrastructure improvement, enterprise development, and initiatives that enhance social wellbeing.

Guided by international best practices in governance, funding, investment, and project execution, we are committed to building transparent and sustainable systems that will deliver lasting impact.
